74-year-old driver injured after vehicle overturns in Missouri 185 crash

SULLIVAN, MO –  A 74-year-old male driver was injured after his vehicle overturned on southbound Missouri 185 on Tuesday morning.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, Raymond E. Laramore, 74, was traveling southbound on Missouri 185 when he lost control of his 2005 Ford Sport Trac. The vehicle slid off the left side of the road, struck a bridge rail, and overturned.

Police report the accident occurred south of E. Springfield Road around 11:09 a.m.

Laramore was transported to Missouri Baptist Hospital Sullivan for minor injuries. He was wearing his seat belt police report.

It is unclear why he lost control of the vehicle.

The Ford sustained extensive damages.
