62-year-old motorcyclist sustained moderate injures in crash

JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO – A 62-year-old motorcyclist was injured after he crashed on northbound US-61 on Saturday afternoon.

Police report Billy G. Dicus was traveling north on US-61 in a 2001 Harley Davidson when he traveled off the right side of the road. The motorcycle overturned south of Koch Road around 2:10 p.m.

Dicus was transported to Mercy Hospital South for moderate injuries. He was wearing a seat belt.

The motorcycle sustained extensive damages.
