43-year-old driver killed, three people injured in head-on collision

ST. CHARLES, MO – Justin Luckett, 43, was killed and three others injured in a head-on collision on Missouri Route 94 on Sunday night.

According to KMOV4 News, the fatal crash occurred on Missouri Route 94 near the Weldon Springs Boat Access around 6 p.m. Luckett was traveling westbound in a Nissan Sentra when he traveled into oncoming traffic and struck a Nissan Maxima head-on. He was pronounced dead at the crash scene.

Three people in the Maxima, including the driver, were transported to a local hospital for unknown injuries.

The cause of the crash is unknown.
