33-year-old driver sustains serious injuries in Highway B crash

LEWIS COUNTY, MO – A 33-year-old Canton man sustained serious injuries in a crash on Highway B on Wednesday night.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, Zachary L. Logsdon was traveling north on Highway B in a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu when he lost control of the vehicle. It traveled off the left side of the road and hit an embankment. The accident happened a half mile south of La Grange around 5:40 p.m.

Logsdon was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt.

Police report Logsdon was transported to Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.

The Chevrolet was totaled.
