3 hospitalized after single-vehicle crash in St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, MO – Three individuals are recovering in the hospital after a single-vehicle crash on I-70 early Friday morning.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred in the westbound lanes on I-20 just west of Harry S. Truman Boulevard at about 1:25 a.m.

Troopers at the scene believe 31-year-old Terrance Watson lost control of his 2021 Kia Soul and skidded off the roadway colliding with a mile marker and traffic signal in the process.

Watson and two female passengers were transported to local hospitals with moderate to serious injuries after the crash.
