PIKE COUNTY, MO – A 28-year-old O’Fallon motorcyclist was injured in a crash on Pike County Road 202 on Saturday night.
Rachel M. Martin was traveling west on Pike County Road 202 on a 2007 Yamaha 450 and was traveling too fast in a curve, police report. The motorcycle overturned north of Pike County Road 205 around 5:30 p.m.
Martin was ejected from the motorcycle. She was not wearing a safety belt. Police report she was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis for moderate injuries.
The motorcycle sustained minor damages.
