22-year-old driver sustains moderate injuries after car overturns

CEDAR HILL, MO – Devon Chotrow, 22, sustained moderate injuries after crashing his 2005 Ford Focus on Highway B on Thursday evening.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, Chotrow was traveling southbound on Highway B when he traveled off the right side of the road north of Simpson Hill Road around 7 p.m. The Focus struck a guardrail and when Chotrow over-corrected he traveled off the left side of the road causing the vehicle to overturn.

It is unclear why the driver initially drove off the right side of the road. Chotrow was transported to Mercy Hospital South. The Focus was totaled in the crash.
