16-year-old boy seriously hurt in Wentzville motorcycle crash

WENTZVILLE, MO – A teenage boy was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident Wednesday morning in St. Charles County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Dietrich Road and U.S. Highway 61 when a 2015 Infiniti Q50S pulled into the path of a 2020 Kawasaki ZX6R motorcycle.
The motorcycle, operated by a 16-year-old boy from Troy, collided with the side of the Infiniti, which was being operated by 30-year-old Megan L. Dwyer, of Foristell.
The teenager was taken to St. Joseph’s West for the treatment of serious injuries. He was wearing a helmet when the crash happened.
Dwyer is not reported as injured.
