The firm filed suit against the skid loader manufactuer, distributor and maintenance company on behalf of Ms. Arle, after Ms. Arle’s leg was crushed when the safety interlock bar failed on the Daewoo skid loader she was operating at a construction site in the City of St. Louis. This matter is pending in the City of St. Louis.
