Domino's, Inc. and its franchisees advertised free delivery of pizzas, but charged more for pizzas and other products that were delivered than those purchased for carry out. As a result of this litigation, Domino’s franchisees were prohibited from advertising free delivery if they were offering cheaper prices for carry out food. They were also required to include disclosure statements about delivery fees and advertisements and tell customers who requested delivery that they may be charged a delivery fee.
