Richard Sabados was killed while operating a forklift in the rear of the retailer's store when the forklift flipped over at an unmarked, poorly light drop off. Decedent was the co-owner of a company hired by Retailer to remove racks from the store. Plaintiff claimed future lost wages in excess of $4,000,000.00. Decedent was survived by his wife and four young children.
